The A-Suite

A dedicated admin + your fractional COO

Your organizing business has officially gotten too big for you to be its organizer, admin, manager, AND CEO.

A dedicated admin who runs your day-to-day, plus me as your Chief Operations Officer. Both in your corner, so the next stage of your business doesn't require more of you.

Two Spots OPen For The New Year

We're welcoming two new A-Suite clients to kick off 2027. Accepted clients begin Monday, January 4, 2027.

Applications are due Monday, December 7.

You built the team, the clientele, and the demand.

And with every level of growth came another job for you.

Now you're always on. On-site working with your team or training them. Behind the computer building invoices, ordering product, and putting together mood boards. In your inbox emailing clients and following up with leads.

And around all of it, you're trying to take care of a family, your health, and some version of a life. The business gets everything. You get what's left.

At some point the business becomes too sophisticated for one person to remain its entire operational brain.

You're probably there. That's not a failure. It's what success looks like right before it becomes unsustainable.

What you actually need

Not another course, coach, or consultant.

At this stage you don't need someone handing you a strategy to go implement yourself. You have strategies. What you don't have is a spare fifteen hours a week to execute them.

And you definitely don't need another person you're responsible for hiring, training, and managing. That's adding a job, not removing one.

You need actual operational support inside your business. People doing the hard work with you, not handing you more of it.

Welcome to The A-Suite

Your dedicated admin, plus me as your Chief Operations Officer, both working inside the business you've built.

First

a dedicated admin

I hire them. I train them. I manage them. I check their work.

You get the capacity without adding another person to your management plate.

They keep the day-to-day moving:

• Client and lead follow-up by text, because that's what actually gets a response
• Scheduling consultations and managing your calendar
• Proposals, invoices, and payment reminders, including chasing overdue ones
• Keeping your pipeline accurate and current
• Triggering onboarding and offboarding, including testimonial requests
• Small CRM updates, like editing emails or adjusting an existing automation
• Tallying team hours and processing payroll, if needed
• Email newsletters
• The recurring admin that doesn't need your attention

Then ,

ME AS YOUR COO

While your admin handles the day-to-day, I'm zoomed out with you. I'm not giving you another list of things to figure out. I'm in the business helping you figure them out.

I don't know what your business needs until I know where you want it to go. Someone who wants to stop working weekends needs something completely different from someone who wants to double her revenue, or open in a second city, or build something she could eventually sell.

So the first thing we do is get clear on your vision. Then we build toward it.

Every months, you get:

• Two strategy calls with me
• A KPI report, so you always know how the business is really doing
• Financial deep-dives on pricing, profit, and where your money goes
• SEO, Google Business Profile, and blog management
• A private Slack channel for direct access to me

Then, based on your goals, we focus on:
• SOPs and team processes
• Hiring, team structure, and training
• Pricing and offer design
• Employee and contractor guidelines
• Referral partnerships and marketing in your area

Your goal sets the focus.
We support it.

This isn't a one-size program, and it's not a pick-or-choose. The A-Suite bends to where you want your business to go.

If you love being on the job

Some organizers never want to leave the job site. That's where the joy is, and it should stay that way. So our focus becomes keeping the back end from falling apart while you're there: sales, follow-up, invoicing, and the business practices that run without you touching them.

If you're ready to step back from jobs

Some organizers are ready to move from the job site into ownership. So our focus shifts to building and training your team, and implementing processes that are easy for you to maintain yourself, so you can be present in the scaling and growth of your business.

. . . and we don't decide based on vibes

Every month I'm looking at the actual health of your business.
Leads. Sales. Booking rate. Visibility. Email. Revenue. Margins. Team costs.

So we can answer:
What's working? What's changing? What needs our attention? What should we do next?

"I trust her judgment so much! "

“Working with Amber has genuinely changed my business and the way I’m able to run it. She has helped me put systems and structure behind so many things that used to just live in my head, and taken so much of the day-to-day admin and operations off my plate.

But honestly, it goes so far beyond that. Amber knows my business SO well. She understands how I work, how I want my clients taken care of, how I want my team supported, and where I want the business to go. Half the time I swear she knows what needs to happen before I do. I trust her judgment so much.

She takes initiative, sees the gaps, thinks ahead, keeps things moving, and helps me make better decisions as an owner. She truly is my right-hand girl, and I don't know where my business would be without her.”

Claire Blum

“Couldn't I just hire someone myself?”

You could. And for some people that's genuinely the right answer. Let me be straight with you about the difference, because I'd rather you make a good decision than a fast one.

What hiring your own admin actually costs

The wage is the easy part. A capable part-time admin runs $25 to $35 an hour, so fifteen hours a month is roughly $450.
Here's what doesn't show up on that invoice:

That's 25 to 40 hours before they're useful to you. If your own time is worth $100 an hour, that's $2,500 to $4,000 of your capacity spent hiring, on top of the wage. And that assumes you hire well the first time.

Then, after all of it, you have an admin. You still don't have anyone helping you decide what the business should do next.

What a COO actually costs

In 2026, fractional COO retainers in the US run $5,000 to $12,000 per month, with many firms quoting $8,000 to $20,000. A working small-business engagement with an experienced operator typically lands around $6,000 to $10,000 a month. That's for the strategy alone. No admin included.

The honest version

If you have the time to recruit, train, and manage someone, and you don't want strategic help, hiring your own admin will cost you less in dollars. I'll tell you that plainly.

But that's a real if. Most of the organizers I talk to are on-site in client homes all day. The reason they need help is that they don't have the hours. Spending 30 of them on hiring is the exact problem they're trying to solve.

Investment

The COO Layer: $2,000/Mo.

Two strategy calls a month. SOP development. Monthly KPI report. SEO, Google Business Profile, and blog management. Referral partnerships and marketing opportunities. Team training program development. Financial deep-dives. Your own Slack channel with me and your admin.

Plus your admin hours:

• 10 hours a month — $800 | Your A-Suite total: $2,800

• 20 hours a month — $1,600 | Your A-Suite total: $3,600

• 30 hours a month — $2,400 | Your A-Suite total: $4,400

• 40 hours a month — $3,000 | Your A-Suite total: $5,000

Not sure how many hours you need? Most people start at 10 or 20 and we adjust once we see where your time actually goes. I'll always tell you before we size up, never after.

For context: a fractional COO on their own typically starts at $5,000 a month. Every level here includes one, plus a dedicated admin. Automations are built during your CRM setup or audit implementation, before the A-Suite begins. New automation builds along the way are quoted separately.

There is one thing we need first . . .

Before we start, your CRM needs to be built properly. That means one of three things: I set it up, another professional set it up well, or it passes my CRM Audit.

This isn't a hoop. It's something I learned the hard way. When we take on ongoing support for a system that was never built right, your admin hours get eaten rebuilding it instead of running your business. You end up paying for management and receiving construction.

Build the foundation once. Then we run it. If you're not sure whether your setup qualifies, that's exactly what the CRM Audit is for. $850, and you'll know.

A note on platforms: right now we're accepting Dubsado and HoneyBook. Elenore is next on our list. If you're on another CRM, still reach out. We may just need to talk about switching before we start.

The A-Suite isn't where we build your business from scratch.

It's for the established organizer who has already built the clients, the team, the demand, and the foundation, but is ready to stop being the person responsible for holding every part of it together.

Your CRM needs to be built by me, or pass my CRM Audit, before we start.

This is a good fit if

• You've been in business three or more years
• You have a team working under you
• You're still doing admin at night and on weekends
• You know you should be working on the business instead of in it
• Your systems are built, or you're willing to get them built first

This isn't the right fit if

• You're just starting out. Start with a CRM Setup.
• You need one specific thing fixed. That's an Assign to Amber session.
• Your CRM has never really been set up. Start with the Audit.
• You want someone to hand you a plan and step away.
• You only need admin support without the strategy layer. If so, see Arranged Admin →

Questions?

The next stage of your organizing business shouldn't require more of you.

It should be better supported around you.

Apply here and tell me where you actually are and what would help.

Applications for our January 2027 start are open through Monday, December 7. Accepted clients begin Monday, January 4.
