Arranged Admin

Your system works. Now let someone else run it.

A trained assistant who understands the organizing industry, managed by me, handling your day-to-day so you can be on-site instead of on your laptop at 10pm. This is the part where you finally get your evenings back.

How it works

You choose a block of hours each month and get a virtual assistant from my team. Not someone you have to train from scratch. Someone I've hired and trained specifically for this industry, who understands how organizing businesses are run, and is ready from day one.

We meet, you're introduced to your VA, and we set your top three priorities for the first 30 days. Then we execute on them and report back on what got done.

You're not managing your admin. I am. I hire, train, and oversee your VA, and I check their work so everything that goes out to your clients is right. No training someone from scratch, no double-checking their emails, no chasing tasks. You get the support without becoming anyone's manager.

"instrumental in our daily operations "

“Amber is the best investment I have made in my business. Her admin services are instrumental in our daily operations. She is intuitive and proactive in knowing what we need and handling anything and everything with clients and employees. Amber is quick to respond and follow up with detail. I rarely need to explain what I want or need– she is usually the one telling me what to do! I am SO grateful that Amber is helping run my business– could not do the day to day without her!”

What We’ll handle

  • Following up with leads who haven't booked yet, by text, because that's what actually gets a response

  • Scheduling consultations and getting them onto your calendar

  • Writing and revising proposals

  • Building and sending invoices, and chasing the overdue ones

  • Keeping your pipeline accurate so you can see your whole business at a glance

  • Triggering onboarding and offboarding, including testimonial requests

  • Small CRM updates, like editing emails, adjusting an existing automation, or updating a proposal template

  • Tallying weekly team hours and processing payroll, if needed

What we don't handle:

Bookkeeping, graphic design, and social media. Everything else is fair game.

One requirement worth explaining

Before we start ongoing support, your system needs to be built properly. That means either a CRM Setup with me, or a CRM Audit with the recommended changes implemented.

This isn't an upsell. It's the thing I learned the hard way. When we take on support for a system that was never built right, your support hours get eaten rebuilding it instead of running your business. You end up paying management rates for construction work, and neither job gets done well.

Investment

20 hours per month - $1,600

30 hours per month - $2,400

40 hours per month - $3,000

Unused hours don't roll over.

Is Arranged Admin right for me, or do I need something else?

It depends on where your business is right now.

→ You know where you're headed, your team is in place, and you need the day-to-day handled. That's Arranged Admin.

→ You need more support and want help setting the direction. That's the A-Suite: me as your fractional COO, looking at your business as a whole, setting goals and a vision with you, and working backwards to get you there.

→ Your team is solid, but your systems and automations aren't. Start with a CRM Setup or CRM Audit.
